Already have plans?

Your architect or draughtsperson will be able to provide a copy of the plans in pdf format. Please forward a copy of the plans to us for an initial viewing. From there we will familiarise ourselves with your project then contact you to arrange an introductory site meeting and consultation. At this point we can get the estimating process underway.

During the consultation, we can discuss your ideas and determine how best to proceed to the next phase. If your project requires council consent we can engage the services of an architect or draughtsperson. The time involved in the planning and consent process varies depending on the complexity of the project, but a period of 10-12 weeks is standard. If council consent is not required we can provide minor design solutions for bathroom refits, kitchen refits, decks and minor interior alterations.

As Certified Builders, we also offer the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand "Homefirst 10 Year Guarantee" (www.certified.co.nz/ )

We offer three types of contracts

• Fixed price contract;
• Labour only contract with a margin on materials and subcontractors; or
• Combination of the above.

We also have access to a full range of subcontracting services
